As a dedicated service provider, we strive to offer seamless and professional services to all our clients. To ensure fairness and availability, we have the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations Policy: We understand that unexpected events can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service total to the card on file.
No-Show Policy: A no-show is when a client does not attend their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice. In such cases, 100% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file.
Late Arrival Policy: We aim to provide every client with a seamless and enjoyable experience. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or the need to reschedule. The full service cost will still apply.
Payment Policy: All charges for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals will be processed on the card on file unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.

During Happy Hours, no additional perks or offers may be redeemed.
Ongoing promotions cannot be combined with any perks or Happy Hour offers.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or review any perks, offers, or Happy Hour transactions in cases of suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or violations of these terms.
